Formerly Surdy Psychological Services, Mending Roots supports our clients in their healing and growth through the grounded strengths they already posses. We offer a safe and welcoming space for individual counseling of all ages and areas of need.

Our skilled counselors are here to collaborate with you to ensure the best care and meet your goals, using a variety of treatment modalities tailored to each client.
We accept most insurances and offer discounted pricing for those without insurance.
In-person and remote options
Our office is conveniently located in Mankato, next to the Moon Dogs Stadium. We also provide teletherapy for those who can’t make it to the office.
